Here is a quick tip on how to install ball differential clean and proportional. Before doing any work on the ball differential, we recommend you to prepare a work area. Well lit table surface with towel or cloth would do perfectly. Next prepare all needed for the rebuild such as differential grease, balls and the diff assembly. Place the balls in a small clear plastic bag, you may use the same bag from RC parts. Put the balls in a small plastic bag and a tiny bit of differential grease about the size of the ball at its corner. DO NOT put too much of grease. |

Do you have broken antenna tubes that can't be use anymore? Don't throw them away, make it into neat and simple pinion gear holder. The size of the tube in general are the same size as the motor shaft so it make perfect storage. Cut the broken tube into length desired. Depending on how many pinion you wish to store in one line. A maximum of 5 is recommended, this is to minimise time when getting to the mid location pinion. |
